Ebon servers are on a Cisco
powered network, using Tier 1 bandwidth
providers, including Peer 1 Network, SBC, Allegiance, and Time Warner. We guarantee 99.9% uptime and will
provide you credit for any downtime experienced.
Webin Ebon servers do not rely upon the local power to stay up and running. There is a generator onsite along with a centralized UPS system to make sure that data center operations continue. All generators are tested regularly to make sure that it will function in the event of an emergency. History of Webin EbonWe have been hosting and designing sites since the beginning of 2000. Webin Ebon Designs was formed in October of 2000 to meet the growing needs of small businesses and non-profit organizations in the Arkansas area. Webin Ebon Designs became Webin Ebon, Inc. in November of 2003. We started out designing and hosting mainly non-profit organizations and churches. Eventually, as we grew, we gained more small businesses. Since the beginning, we have always taken customer service as our highest priority. We believe that even if the product and price is great, if the customer service is lacking, then a customer can be lost. We continue to believe that today.
